Now enrolling students for the 2025-2026 school year!
Please reach us at academy@lebanonchristianschool.org if you cannot find an answer to your question.
We would love the opportunity to meet you and show you our campus! Your tour includes a walk through our classrooms, a look at our daily routines, and time to answer any questions you may have. To schedule your visit, reach out to Amanda Johnson at (513) 228-0677 or email ajohnson@lebanonchristianschool.org.
After your tour and once you’ve been invited to enroll, you’ll receive a Brightwheel invitation to complete the process online. Simply fill out the enrollment form and submit the enrollment fee through your Brightwheel account.
Your child’s spot is reserved once both the form and fee are received, so we encourage you to complete these steps as soon as possible since spaces are limited.
We’re excited to walk alongside you during this process and are here to answer any questions you may have along the way!
The Academy is open Monday through Friday from 6:30 AM to 6:00 PM, giving families flexibility for busy schedules. Please refer to our academic calendar for holidays and scheduled breaks.
We offer flexible options to fit your family’s needs:
To ensure everyone has a smooth start to their day, all students should be dropped off by 8:45am.
We’re excited to welcome your child and provide a joyful, engaging day no matter which schedule you choose!
Sign-up days are special days when The Academy is closed for a holiday or school break, but we’re still here for students who need care!
Crusader Club, Half Day, and Full Day students are all welcome to join. These days are marked on our school calendar, and we’ll send you an email in advance with a simple sign-up link so you can reserve your child’s spot.
We love providing a safe and fun place for your child even on those “off” days!
Yes! As long as it’s a sign-up day, Crusader Club students are welcome at The Academy when their school is closed. For scheduled sign-up days, use the link that will be provided to you through Brightwheel, and for unexpected closures like weather, just send us a quick message.
We’re here to keep your child happy, safe, and engaged whenever they need care!
Yes. All students at The Academy need to be potty trained and able to let a teacher know when they need the restroom. For more details on expectations and handling accidents, please see our Parent/Student Handbook.
We’re here to support your child’s independence while keeping their day comfortable and stress-free!
We keep our class sizes small to ensure each child gets plenty of attention and support!
These ratios help us create a nurturing, engaging, and safe environment where every child can thrive.
In addition to tuition, there are annual fees to keep your child’s experience safe and smooth:
These fees are yearly and non-refundable, helping us provide a safe and welcoming environment for all our students.
This fee helps fund security improvements at all of our buildings, keeping our students safe and our campus secure. We’ll share details about specific improvements once they’re completed. The fee is applied in Brightwheel starting August 1 and can be paid in full or through monthly payments.
This is a yearly fee based on security assessments by LCS and local law enforcement. Families with multiple children attending LCS and/or The Academy will pay the fee at the school where their oldest child is enrolled.
Thank you for helping us maintain a safe, welcoming environment for all of our students!
At The Academy, we’re dedicated to providing the highest quality education and care for every child at competitive rates. While we do not offer financial aid or multi-child discounts, each student enjoys exceptional learning experiences in a nurturing and engaging environment.
Yes! We provide tasty, nutritious meals and snacks for all students:
All meals and snacks are included in tuition, so your child can enjoy their day full of learning and fun without any extra worry.
Our lunch menu is updated and shared with parents each month through Brightwheel and on our website. This way, you’ll always know what delicious meals are planned for your child!
To make each day comfortable and fun, all students should bring a backpack, a water bottle, and a change of clothes. Full-day students in Preschool, PreK, or TK will also need a nap bag with a small blanket, small pillow, and one small stuffed animal. Nap bags should fit in an XL ziplock bag.
Tip: Please label all items with your child’s first and last name to keep everything organized and easy to return if misplaced!
